From the wine press to vinification, everything happens on-site. A tour will explain all the work involved in the production of Champagne: from working the vines to plot vinification for house blends... The wine-growing holding is certified as “Sustainable viticulture” as well as “High Environmental Value Wine-growing”. Following the tour, you can discover three cuvées including the Carte Or Brut, the fruit of a subtle blend of three grape varieties and a benchmark for the Maison. Yannick Prévoteau will happily talk about his refined Cuvée Amandine, a Blanc de Blancs mono-varietal or even the Cuvée Marius, a real terroir wine that reveals a tempered character; without forgetting the Millésimes, of course.
