Champagne Bureau, India this spring provided introductory training courses for hotel staff and students throughout the country: first in March, at the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad; then in April for the staff of the Lalit Hotel Group; and lastly in May, at the Oberoi Group’s centre for hospitality training and education.
These courses complement the training provided by the hotel chains themselves, focusing on wine tasting in all its complexity and the pairing of Champagne wines with local Indian cuisine.
