Champagne Hélène Beaugrand

Facing south, south-east and enjoying plenty of sunshine, these old vines, grown using High Environmental Value viticulture methods, produce lovely, sweet grapes. On this isolated and atypical island, Hélène produces unique wines, rich and salty, with aromas of exotic fruits. Depending on the harvest, she likes to create original cuvées that respect the character of each plot. In the cellar, the bottles are kept for over 36 months to give complexity and fine bubbles.
