Five centuries ago, the Boutillez family found its winegrowing roots in Villers-Marmery, a village classified as a Premier Cru in the heart of the Montagne de Reims. It is here that Manon Boutillez perpetuates the family know-how of harvesting and handling after a career as a nurse. A passionate and independent winemaker, she cultivates her 5.25 hectare vineyard planted almost exclusively with Chardonnay and makes Champagne Boutillez-Guer in the purest respect of tradition.
