Champagne Boutillez-Marchand

The brand was created in 1960 by Robert Boutillez. Marion, his daughter, took over the family business in 1997, following the death of her father 5 years earlier. Since then, she has shown strength and courage by buying out her brother's and mother's shares and getting the farm back on its feet. Today, she and her husband Jean-Michel are delighted to welcome you to the estate to help you discover the history of their House, their operation (press, vat room, typical cellar, ...), the production process as you visit and the different vintages of Chardonnay.
