In Cuisles, at the heart of the Meunier terroir, Alexandre and Fanny Heucq continue the work of their father, who introduced biodynamic practices to the estate. In addition to grass cover and horse plowing, the estate uses horn manure (a preparation made from fermented cow dung) and horn silica (crushed quartz) to nourish the soil and enhance the vine's resilience. This independent winemaker offers a tour of the vineyards and the estate, including the press, vat room, storage, disgorging, and labeling areas. The visit is followed by a tasting of at least 3 cuvées in a very pleasant setting. By reservation only.
