Since 2008, Bertrand Trépo has chosen to harvest at night, as cooler temperatures help preserve the quality of the grapes. The house welcomes visitors who wish to experience nocturnal harvesting for a night. For five generations, this family has been offering tours of its nearby vineyard, the vat room, and a film screening, all followed by a tasting. The house currently produces 5 cuvées through an original and intuitive range that will surprise even connoisseurs.
