Champagne Antoine Chevalier
Independent winegrower in the heart of the Montagne de Reims Regional Nature Park, Champagne Leblanc-Collard cultivates the vine with passion from generation to generation. A family history that has lasted since 1751! Pascal Collard, his wife Jocelyne and their two children, Charlotte and Simon, bring Champagne Leblanc-Collard to life, from the vineyard to the cellar. They run a vineyard of 5.3 hectares, mainly located in the commune of Tauxières-Mutry, but also in Aÿ-Champagne, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Cumières. These terroirs, all very different, bring a great diversity in the different champagnes of the house The 100% Blancs vintage is distinguished by its pure expression of the clay-limestone soil of a single plot of Tauxières-Mutry, "Les Moulins". On tasting, the citrus aromas flirt gently with those of brioche and hazelnut. A marvel to be savored with seafood or goat cheese. Concerned about preserving biodiversity and the richness of its soils, Champagne Leblanc-Collard has obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification, as well as the VDC (Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) certification.
