Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire specializes in producing rare and atypical Champagnes without malolactic fermentation, filtration, or fining. This family-specific approach offers Champagnes with remarkable freshness on the palate, characterized by authenticity and minerality. For 5 generations, the family has carried on the ancestral expertise in the Marne Valley. Our terroir is located in the heart of Champagne, exclusively on the southern bank, in clay-limestone soil stretching from Hautvillers Premier Cru to Cumières and Villers-sous-Châtillon.
