Champagne René Jolly

Need information?

Champagne René Jolly

After crossing the superb 18th century stone porch overlooking a wide courtyard, you will discover an almost three-hundred-year-old lime tree (1730) which majestically punctuates this space inhabited in summer by numerous birds. From the XVIIIth century vaulted cellars to the modern pressing centre, unique in Champagne, this independent family estate surprises by its technical innovations created in this ancient setting, straight out of the oldest families of Champagne winemakers. Here, the disgorging is always done on the fly, without ice for the whole production. If you meet Pierre-Eric, ask him to tell you about his invention: the Y Snout. A three-legged cage, it saves 41.30% of wire and more than 90% of energy.
