The 5th generation is united by the desire to combine traditional expertise with excellence to craft Champagnes of character and elegance. We have been cultivating our vines without herbicides for several decades, respecting ecological balance through grass cover, plowing, and adapted pest control to preserve biodiversity. Passionate about our craft, we warmly welcome you to discover our authentic world and our uniquely identifiable Champagnes: visit our cellars, uncover the secrets of fine bubbles, and awaken your senses during unique tastings. All our workshops are by reservation to manage visitor flow and ensure everyone’s health and safety. Opening conditions: -Weekdays: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12 pm and 2 pm to 5:30 pm; cellar tours at 3 pm by reservation only (except during harvest season). -Odd-numbered weekends: open Saturday and Sunday morning. Saturday: 10 am - 12 pm and 2 pm - 5:30 pm; cellar tour at 3 pm by reservation. Sunday: 11 am - 1 pm; cellar tour at 11 am by reservation. -Even-numbered weekends: closed.
