Champagne Bonnet-Gilmert

The history of Champagne Bonnet-Gilmert began in 1910, when Émile Gilmert started selling a few bottles in his name. His son Marcel succeeded him, and in the 1950s, the union of Colette Gilmert and Robert Bonnet gave birth to the Bonnet-Gilmert brand. After them, it is their son Denis, then their granddaughters, who continue the family adventure and elaborate exceptional champagnes in the purest respect of the Champagne traditions. The family has even created a rare cuvée in homage to their ancestor, the Précieuse d'Ambroise, made from the oldest Grand Cru parcels of the Côte des Blancs. The house works the vines mainly around Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
