Great Britain: when the spirit of summer touches London
House & Garden magazine invited the UK's Champagne Bureau to stage two instructive tastings as part of the 'Spirit of Summer' fair.
On 15 and 16 May, nearly 100 enthusiasts were introduced to the subtleties of storing and serving Champagne, the distinctions between different Champagnes, and the best dishes to serve with them.
