Australia stages National Champagne master classes
Winter in Australia is over, barbecues are back in style and the end-of-year festivities beckon.
What better moment to expand your knowledge of Champagne wines, than by joining a National Champagne master class?
From the end of August to mid-September, a few lucky people from Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney and Perth were treated to a unique introductory course under the guidance of the country's most outstanding connoisseurs – all former graduates of the Vin de Champagne Award.
Very special indeed.
