Domaine Collet - Champagne

Between the Seine, the Champagne plain, and centuries-old oak forests, in the heart of medieval Champagne, the Collet family has been preserving its expertise for nine generations. Established in 1973, the estate spans 6.5 hectares, where old vines of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reveal the richness and diversity of a great Champagne terroir, blending white chalky soils with flint-rich brown soils. Committed to organic viticulture and barrel vinification, Florent and Thomas Collet craft robust and sun-kissed champagnes, deeply rooted in their terroir.
