The SORET-DEVAUX family, now represented by Loïc and Romaric, has been crafting Champagne cuvées for three generations, blending modernity with tradition. LOÏC manages the pressing during harvest, the vat room, and the cellar; he is the one who vinifies and brings nobility to the cuvées you will taste. ROMARIC takes care of the vineyard, tending to the vines with the rhythm of the seasons to ensure they produce the best possible fruit while respecting the environment. As grower-producers on an 8-hectare estate, the story of Champagne Soret-Devaux unfolds in the heart of the Aube, on the plateaus and valleys of the Côte des Bar. Nestled in Colombé-le-Sec, a winegrowing village awarded the "4-Flower Village" label, we invite you to discover our exceptional heritage through our "Balade des Rochottes" Trak’Tour! Aboard our trailer, you will explore our vineyard while tasting our cuvées and learning about the vine's lifecycle. In this region, the southernmost part of Champagne, with its rolling hills where vineyards, forests, and green valleys alternate, our Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier grape varieties thrive. Our micro-terroir, composed of Kimmeridgian soil, and our "High Environmental Value" certified cultivation method contribute to the uniqueness of our wines, which we invite you to discover through our various cuvées. Visits are available during opening hours. On Wednesdays, Sundays, and public holidays, visits are offered by reservation.
