Champagne Roland Boulard et Filles

"In the silence of the cellars, the bubbles are born and twirl...". Words that delicately hint at the feminine DNA of Champagne Roland Boulard & Filles! Founded in the 70s by Roland Boulard, the house was then taken over by one of his 3 daughters, Nathalie, the youngest, alongside her husband Benoît. Together, they had 3 daughters in turn, three pretty roses who aspire to perpetuate the family tradition. Passionate winegrower Laurine, their eldest daughter, joined them in 2019 after training in viticulture and international trade. The family runs a vineyard of almost 10 hectares in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, mainly around the farm in Cormicy, but also in other Champagne terroirs such as Château-Thierry and Mailly-Champagne. The company's wines, true champagnes of identity, come from these different sandy and clay terroirs. The emblematic Cuvée Roland Boulard is a Blanc de Noirs made from a blend of 60% Meunier and 40% Pinot Noir. Ceremonial par excellence, it features citrus notes and a clean attack. The ideal accompaniment to cocktails, and especially fine fish and shellfish dishes.
