The family estate is located in the Premiers Crus and Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs in Aÿ and Mailly Champagne. Dominique Person, the 4th generation, has been the first to carry out vinification at the estate since 1999. The vineyard is worked in biodynamics according to the respect of nature. The wines mature at least 5 years for the Brut and 8 years for the Vintages, to let the fruit express itself on our taste buds. By appointment only
