Champagne Pascal WALCZAK coming from a family of winemakers, my dream was to create my own estate as a winegrower and Champagne producer in the Aube region. 1973 marked the beginning of a long and enthusiastic life of work, but also of pleasure and fulfillment. Over the years, our vineyard has grown. Our goal has always been to remain rooted in the terroir of Les Riceys, renowned for the quality and richness of its wines. It now spans 10 hectares of vines, primarily Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which allow us to craft our Champagnes, Coteaux Champenois, and our famous Rosé des Riceys on our finest slopes. Sébastien joined me in 2003 to strengthen our house in the evolving practices of vineyard management and Champagne production. Today, we cultivate all our vines without any herbicides, moving towards precision viticulture to minimize inputs and harvest aromatic and expressive grapes that reflect our soils. The careful fractioning of juices, the consistency of our blends, and long aging in our cellar allow us to present a complete range that has built the reputation of our Maison. We also offer a motorhome area for your convenience. Whether you're stopping during your journey or planning to stay for a few days, we’ll be delighted to welcome you with a glass of Champagne! You’ll have access to water and electricity. You can explore our charming village of Les Riceys and the remarkable landscapes of the Côte des Bar. You’ll be at the heart of a unique terroir, close to restaurants, shops, and activities that are sure to delight you.
