Since 1867 our family estate, located in Les Riceys in the heart of the Côte des Bar, extracts the wealth of our land respecting nature and the soil. On 12 hectares of vines, we develop a dozen vintages, including single varietal vintages, in a unique and traditional style and also the famous Rosé des Riceys wine. In collaboration with my wife , we follow our objective of reasoned cultivation ensuring the elimination of all inputs ( insecticides, anti-botrytis, herbicides), all grounds in our domain are mechanically cultivated. And since 2017, Champagne Jacques DEFRANCE is certified Terra Vitis.
