Champagne Nicolas Bass

Champagne in Haute-Marne! Yes, the famous appellation is present in this département! To the east of the Côte des Bars and not far from Colombey les Deux Eglises, in the villages of Rizaucourt and Argentolles, which have been part of the "Route Touristique du Champagne" since 1973, a handful of winegrowers cultivate 80 ha of AOC Champagne vines. Come and meet Adeline and Nicolas, winegrowers for 5 generations in the commune of Rizaucourt. After a visit to the cellar, where you'll learn the secrets of Champagne, you'll taste the different Cuvées produced by their work. In a unique setting - a vaulted cellar dating back to 1850 - share a moment of conviviality over a glass of champagne! Since July 2015, this vineyard has proudly been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don't hesitate to come and admire our landscapes and our cellars!
