Nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar, between Troyes and Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, 13 hectares of vineyards flourish on the sunlit slopes, lovingly tended by the family for five generations. Champagne MOUTAUX, a récoltant-manipulant and member of the "Vignerons Indépendants," is Terra Vitis certified, a mark of French winemakers who respect nature, people, and craft wines for the pleasure of the taster. Welcoming visitors is a priority for them, which is why they are open Monday to Saturday by appointment via phone or email. Hours: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM. (Closed on weekends in January.)
