Champagne Leblanc Collard

From an old family of wine growers since 1751, the vines have followed all generations. Champagne Leblanc-Collard owns 5.5 hectares, mainly in the commune of Tauxières-Mutry. The vines are planted on 4 communes: Cumières, Aÿ, Mareuil S/ Aÿ and Tauxières-Mutry. These clay-limestone soils, all very different, bring a great diversity in the different champagnes. The vineyard is planted mainly with Pinot Noir (70%), the Montagne de Reims being its favorite terroir, then with Chardonnay (30%) Champagne Leblanc-Collard has always been concerned about its biodiversity and the richness of its soils. In order to show its commitment to the environment, the family estate has obtained the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification.
