Based in Thil, in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, Champagne's most northerly terroir, Champagne Jonot Frères lives up to its name. Since 2020, 2 brothers, Cyril and Fabien, have been carrying on, side by side, the heritage handed down to them by 6 generations of winemakers before them. Passionate and rich in the tradition entrusted to them by their forebears, the 2 brothers today craft exceptional wines in the image of their terroirs. While the house has almost always been part of a wine cooperative, Cyril and Fabien decided to regain their independence to better enhance the family heritage and discover what their vines promise. Since 200, they have been letting nature express itself to create unique cuvées, perfect reflections of their 5-hectare vineyard. Among the 6 cuvées in the range, Émulsion Rosé highlights the family estate?s 3 terroirs: Thil, Pouillon and Saint-Thierry. A skilful blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. The result? A tasty, complex rosé with just the right balance and delicious aromas of pomelo, wild strawberry and rose. A delightful accompaniment to pan-fried duck breast with red fruit.
