Champagne Jean Pol Hautbois

The Champagne Jean-Pol Hautbois estate has been established in the heart of the Saint-Thierry massif for five generations. The Hautbois champagne house welcomes you to Pévy, a charming village whose Latin name, “Pes Vitis,” means “at the foot of the vines.” We cultivate 8 hectares using sustainable and responsible vineyard practices. We grow the three main Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. In recent years, the estate has also been enriched by the reintroduction of forgotten grape varieties: Arbane, Petit Meslier, and Pinot Gris.
