Champagne Dautreville is located in the heart of Jouy-lès-Reims, a small village on the Montagne de Reims classified as a Premier Cru. It is here that 4 generations of passionate winegrowers have worked, and continue to work, to cultivate a 5-hectare vineyard. The family welcomes you directly to the estate, for a visit, a tasting or a stroll through the vines. After Félix, Marcel and Jean-François, Stéphane Dautreville took over the running of the estate in 1998, with a firm commitment to respecting the environment and biodiversity. His wife, a ?nologist, joined him in 2013 to help with all stages of the winemaking process. Complementing each other, the pair produces generous, authentic cuvées. Within the range, the Cuvée Prestige stands out for its particular structure and personality. The blend comprises 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, half of which is aged in casks. On tasting, light notes of flowers and apple emerge, before giving way to a fresh, structured palate that evolves on toasty notes. A perfect match for the refined taste of morels.
