Representing the 4th generation of winegrowers, Simon Rion took over the family estate in 2007, succeeding his father, Pascal. It is now up to him to develop the 2.15 hectares of vines belonging to his family. They extend entirely over the small village of Courmas, located in the Montagne de Reims on the Route du Champagne Driven by his profession, a true passion, the winegrower sublimates the three historic grape varieties with his know-how and ideas, both in viticulture and oenology. Everything is done to enhance the typicity of the terroir, in particular by working the soil. The cuvée Éclat 2 Champagne, brilliantly combines Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to create a perfectly balanced wine.
