In the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Carole, Juliette, Martine, and Odile are delighted to welcome you to the Moulin d’Argensole, a former abbey property, to share the story of their family. As a member of the smallest Champagne cooperative, Champagne Doyard Mahé takes you through the stages of champagne production, from tirage (bottling) to labeling. The visit concludes with a tasting of one to four Champagnes (depending on the chosen package) and Ratafia, which can be paired with sweet or savory biscuits and toasts made from local products. Visits are by reservation only.
