Three generations have passed on the secrets of a know-how and a constant demand for quality. Located in the heart of the Côte des Bar, Colombé-le-Sec is a pretty traditional wine-producing village, awarded with a "4 flowers" label. Born in this charming village, it is also here that Christophe, the current manager, cultivates all his vines in order to elaborate a beautiful diversity of vintages, several times rewarded. A passionate winegrower, he is active in the recognition of the profession, his divine drink and the Champagne vineyards. But above all, Christophe makes a point of honour of the welcome: warm and friendly. After a tour of the vineyard and the cellar, the tasting is done with a flute in hand, to remove the monotony and colour life! A state of mind that resembles Christophe and his champagne.
