Each of the productions is oriented from the pruning of the vine, to assert the character of the terroir, such as the exposure of a particular grape variety and thus emphasize its final destination: single-varietal cuvée, blending, rosé ... Work and passion unite for long months to turn a grape into Champagne. The visit retraces the elaboration of Champagne by following the evolution of the champagne bottle from the 18th century to the present day.
