Champagne Xavier Leconte
Driven by the ambition to perpetuate traditions and to evolve with a unanimous aspiration, these winegrowers from father to son have been evolving for six generations, from cycle to cycle, drawing from their incursion into the vines, the aromas and the finesse of the bubbles of their future champagnes. Like his grandfather before him, Alexis Leconte carefully follows the lunar calendar. This is how he favors flower days to plant a vine stock. He is also inspired by it for everything related to work in the winery. “The attraction makes the sedimentation better,” he explains. A technique that works since the house located in Troissy is celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. Alexi receives you for a visit and a tasting by appointment.
