Champagne Ployez Jacquemart offers a tour of its traditional wine press, stainless-steel fermentation tank, cask-ageing room, old cellars on two levels, storeroom, disgorging and dressing room, and the vineyard adjoining the property. Tours take place at 10 am, 2 pm and 3.30 pm.
