The Maison Morize Père et Fils invites you to its Cistercian cellar for a journey that is both historical and sensory. Discover the secrets of Champagne production and taste the champagnes that have built the reputation of this terroir. Step into a mysterious world where time has left its mark in this 11th-century cellar. We will share with you the secrets of our winemaking process and how the renowned Champagne, Vin Rosé des Riceys, and Coteaux Champenois are crafted from the three grape varieties of our family vineyard. At the end of the tour, the Maison will welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere for a tasting session of its cuvées, aged for a long time in the cellar.
