For five generations, the DELABAYE family has been perpetuating the Champagne tradition, carefully cultivating the vines and vinifying at the estate to passionately produce unique vintages of finesse and elegance. In order to privilege quality, an attentive and respectful care is brought to our vineyard and on the selection of the most prized grapes in Champagne. The grapes are pressed at the property, which allows us to fully monitor the obtaining of the musts and to control the elaboration of our different vintages. After and before the riddling and disgorging operations, the bottles rest in deep cellars at a temperature of 10°. Calm and long time come to finish the patient work.
