Come and discover the oldest Champagne press, dating back to 1888, still in operation, and indulge in a tasting of the cuvées in this cellar. Located in the village of Hautvillers, Maison Joseph Desruets welcomes you year-round to share its expertise and traditions. For groups, the 'Winemaker's Workshop' offers the chance to actively participate in the Champagne-making process using machines that have been in use here for generations. You'll experience the craftsmanship and traditions by exploring the steps of Champagne production: disgorging, dosage, corking, wiring, labeling, and customization.
