The Maison de Champagne Henri Giraud embraces the art of vinification in small oak barrels certified from the historic forests of Champagne. Claude Giraud produces some of the most exceptional and original Champagne wines. All the wines bear the unmistakable hallmark of the Grands Crus of Aÿ. The finest selections (Code Noir and Fût de Chêne) are vinified and aged in oak barrels, a process that plays a significant role in crafting many of the great wines here. The greatest Giraud Champagnes offer incredible intensity, elegance, and balance.
