The Guyot family invites you to discover their family-run estate located at the gates of Reims (cooperative tours available upon request). Winemakers and producers for 3 generations, they welcome you every day (by appointment) to share their passion for their craft. The various stages following the bottling of the wine, such as maturation, riddling, disgorging, and labeling, are explained by this winemaking couple. After the tour, you can enjoy a tasting of three of their cuvées in a comfortable tasting area.
