Champagne Franck Rivière
In Cramant, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Champagne Franck Rivière is made by Franck and Louison Rivière, harvesters and handlers. Hand in hand, the father and daughter work on the elaboration of a wine representative of their terroir and the family know-how. Together, they represent the fourth and fifth generation of Champagne Rivière. In 2022, Louison will carry out her first personal harvest to succeed her father little by little. The vineyard, with a surface area of 2 hectares, is planted exclusively with Chardonnay Grand Cru on parcels of Cramant. The specialty of the house? The Blanc de Blancs of course! The 2015 vintage, powerful and pure, is a fine example. To be enjoyed with fish in cream sauce, a light dish or poultry with morels In transition to an organic viticulture, Champagne Franck Rivière practices a reasoned viticulture. All treatments applied in the vineyards are certified HVE (High Environmental Value). The estate can be visited by appointment.
