Our vaulted cellar dug into the hillside can be visited by all, as there is no walking. You can discover the slow maturation of champagne at a constant natural temperature (12°C). In some places, you can discover the rocks of the underground in the openings left visible during the digging of the galleries.
Guided tour of the installations (press, vat room) and the underground galleries: presentation of the different geological layers composing the subsoil of the hillside. Commented tasting.
