Prieuré de Viverie - Champagne Robert Grandpierre
A wine-growing family since 1705 in Champagne, in the heart of the Côte des Bar, we cultivate vines on the magnificent slopes of Viviers sur Artaut. A knowledge perpetuated from generation to generation associated with a constantly reflective approach. A respectful, authentic and creative sensibility that accompanies both the work in the vineyard and the vinification in our cellars, so that our champagnes are the right signature of the ROBERT-GRANDPIERRE house. A remarkable oenotourism project "Prieuré de Viverie": the old Priory of the village dating from the 12th century, entirely restored and rehabilitated. Respect for the environment is at the heart of the company's concerns, chemical weed killers are eradicated from the farm and weeding is exclusively mechanical and/or manual. In addition, the entire vineyard is covered with controlled weed control. The house seeks to reduce inputs as much as possible. Phytosanitary treatments are as precise and as infrequent as possible in order to be more than reasonable. The museum area: audiovisual animation through the cellars vaulted.
