The Joël Michel estate skilfully combines art, nature and champagne with a guided tour to discover the whole process of champagne production, passing through a magnificent garden which shelters a very rare species of Juniperus and an important biodiversity, to end with a commented tasting of one or several cuvées of champagne in the large and beautiful tasting and exhibition room.
