Champagne Cédric Guyot

An independent winegrower, Champagne Cédric Guyot is located in the Côte de Sézanne, south-west of the Marne. His vineyard is mainly planted in the village of Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy, with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Since 1960, the family has been cultivating each of its vines with respect for tradition and the environment, which has earned it the Viticulture Durable en Champagne certification All the stages of vinification and handling are carried out on site, in the vat room and the cellars of the estate. Cédric Guyot's vintages are based on the balance between fruitiness and finesse, thanks to prolonged maturing on slats. The result? Six cuvées that all embody the winegrower's passion, from the Brut Tradition to the Blanc de Noirs and the Rosé Brut Séduction.
