Champagne Collery

The Maison Collery has its roots in Aÿ in 1893. Jules Anatole Collery was one of the very first winemakers to produce champagne and won his first gold medal in Paris in 1904. The following generations perpetuated the quality tradition of the house and became involved in their community, following the example of Jean Collery who was mayor of Aÿ, senator and first president of the Montagne de Reims park. This is the way the Collery adventure continues: Grand Cru champagnes in the heart of Aÿ.
