Winegrowers for seven generations with a strong attachment to the Grand Cru Mailly-Champagne terroir, Hedwige and her son Hugues are carrying on their ancestors’ traditions. Their vineyard now extends over 15 hectares located exclusively in Mailly-Champagne, and is made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. The champagne is made on the estate by the cellar master with grapes and wine from the Muller vineyard. Hedwige and Hugues look forward to sharing their passion for their profession with you at a tasting of their cuvées.
