Our family estate is located at the highest geodesic point in the Champagne region, at 369 meters above sea level, overlooking the rugged, picturesque landscape of southern Champagne. In this southern part of Champagne, in the center of the Côte des Bar, Champignol-lez-Mondeville is a place that leaves no one indifferent, where man has been at one with nature for centuries. Over the years, it has become a family-run winery, demanding and generous by nature, where light and matter come together to produce a unique product. As of 2018, we have committed the entire 15 ha vineyard to Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture. The vineyard is dominated by Pinot Noir (90%), with Chardonnay and Arbanne (a local variety rare in Champagne) completing the surface area. Our aim is to work sustainably in our vineyards, preserving biodiversity, keeping our soils alive and healthy, and keeping our vines strong and resistant to external aggression. Our cuvées are free of artifice and inputs, and our wines are lively and precise. There is no such thing as chance in nature; everything is mastered. The cuvées are those of our terroir, a land rich in meaning, spirit and connections. A land with which we live and grow.
