The By Fernand Champagne, Vanessa's grandfather’s name, was created by Vanessa et Xavier in 2013. With an “old France” first name and a modern look, the By Fernand Champagne is a mix of authenticity through know-how and rewriting the rulebook in order to bring a breath of fresh air to champagne’s image. The estate is 6.5 hectares spread across 10 municipalities in the Marne, from the Côte des Blancs to the Vallée de la Marne. With a rich diversity of terroirs that allows us to choose the vintage heads (têtes de cuvée) for champagnes that are full of character. With little or no dosage, they bare themselves to reveal all that champagne has to offer.
