Champagne Malingre-Truchon

This farm is a family property located in the heart of the Massif de Saint-Thierry, near Reims. A land of invasions and passages, generations of winegrowers have been able to create an alchemy between the soils, the climate, the grape varieties and a very original vinification, thus obtaining, after centuries of research, Champagne. For centuries, truffles have been found naturally in the sandy-limestone soils of the Massif de Saint Thierry. Fascinated by this mushroom and in an approach for the biodiversity, they also made the choice to plant 800 truffle trees on the wine exploitation and proposes half-days discovery.
