‘Prix Champagne’ Switzerland: 2014 season kicks off in Zurich
Friendship and refinement were in the air for the awarding of Switzerland’s fifth ‘Prix Champagne’, to entertainer, singer and composer Udo Jürgens on Tuesday 4 February 2014 – a richly-deserved reward for a man who has written songs for Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, with sales of more than one hundred million records to his name.
A small private party marking his achievement was held at Jacky Donatz’ famous restaurant Sonnenberg, overlooking the city of Zurich.
