On Monday, July 16, the Champagne Bureau hosted an education seminar at Air’s Champagne Parlor in New York City. Attendees included sommeliers, importers, and wine store owners who are familiar with Champagne and its unique qualities. The educator, Ariel Arce, provided detailed information for each wine as she served the wines and told stories about her visits to the Champagne region. There was discussion over trends in the wine industry and how the participants felt about the different types of Champagne that were served.
