Welcome to the Champagne Bureau, USA
The Champagne Bureau located in Washington, DC, is the U.S. representative of the Comité Champagne, the trade association that represents all the grape growers and houses of Champagne, France. The Bureau works to educate US consumers about the uniqueness of the wines of Champagne and expand their understanding of the importance location plays in the creation of all wines. We are intently focused on ensuring Champagne is properly protected in the United States, as it is in most of the rest of the world.

The Champagne Bureau, USA hosted a student education seminar at Bergen Community College on February 7 in Paramus, New Jersey. There were 15 wine and restaurant business students in attendance. The seminar was led by John Bandman, an educator at the French Wine Society and the Art Institute of New York City with a special focus on Champagne, and Champagne instructor for the Sommelier Society of America, a certificate program for aspiring sommeliers. John spoke about the unique qualities of the Champagne region and the wine that is produced there, and discussed the many different food pairings that can be enjoyed with Champagne.
